Product Overview Tongda BVVB flat cable is designed for indoor and outdoor surface fixed wiring scenarios. It adopts a double-layer PVC insulation sheath structure (300/500V) and is suitable for surface-mounted lines, pipe systems and internal wiring of equipment in dry or humid environments. Its flat shape (thickness is only 3.5-6.2mm) can fit tightly against walls, ceilings or metal trough boxes, saving 30% of installation space, meeting the dual needs of commercial buildings, industrial plants and home decoration for concealment and safety.

The flat structure (width: 10-22mm, depending on the number of cores/cross-sectional area) is suitable for narrow spaces, such as distribution box wiring and LED light strip grooves, reducing the risk of damage to the decorative layer due to line protrusions.
Pre-printed meter marks and color marks (red/blue/yellow-green, etc.) support fast length measurement and phase identification, reducing the error rate of electrician installation.
Multi-environment durability
Passed the IP44 protection level test (IEC 60529), it can be used for a long time in semi-open-air scenes such as eaves and awnings, and the sheath is acid and alkali resistant (no corrosion after immersion in 5% HCl solution for 96 hours).
-15℃ low temperature cold bending test (IEC 60811-1-4) ensures that the insulation layer does not crack during winter construction.
